Dolly-Parton
born on January. 19th of 1946 in Locust Ridge Tenn into a low-income family that would ultimately comprise 12 kids Dolly Parton learned early to escape the hardships of living through her vibrant and broad imagination. Before she could write or read and compose her own songs. Within 8 years she got her first guitar. In the age of 11, she began to sing on Knoxville Tenn's radio station. That that same the year that Gold Band Records was a small independent record label. Even though she was still studying, she already made a name of herself in the local music scene. Her goal was to to play on a greater level. On the very day she graduated the high school in 1964. Dumb Blonde (1967) and Something Fishy (1968) were her first two charting albums from Monument Records. At about this time Porter Wagoner was looking for a new girl singer for his syndicated television show. Parton was hired in 1966. She then she joined RCA Records in 1968, and then the Grand Ole Opry was founded in 1969. It was not until 1974 that she opted to walk away from Wagoner's band because the popularity of her own solo records such as Joshua Coat, Many Colors and Jolene was outstripping their joint efforts. Parton recorded "I will Always Be Loving You" to Wagoner shortly after they separated. The track was ranked No. 1 for the first time in 1974.
